Wrong Date-Format (?) in example at step "When does the event begin"

Hi there,

we are currently setting up apollo at our discord and something occured to me, when trying to set up a new event on the 1st of November 2023.

At the step “start of the event” an example is given in form of: “YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm Uhr” (i am german).

When I input “2023-11-01 19:00 Uhr” I get the resoponse: The date can not be in the past. I think it interprets this as the 11th of january?

When I input “2023-01-11 19:00 Uhr” it is taken correctly (I use YYYY-DD-MM here, but this is different than the example given!)

When I input “2023-11-01 19:30” (without the “Uhr”) it works flawlessly.

Just thought I report this. Thanks for the great bot and your effort.
