Scheduling for a certain time but bot posting 2 hours later

Hi there, this might be an odd timezone choice thing going on, but here's my issue:

My country is Portugal, our time in the winter is the same as in the UK but +1 in the summer, and seeing the West Europe option seems to focus on UK only there's a problem... now, I don't know why it's posting 2 hours late (as it seems to me it'd make more sense to post 1 hour late), my PC and discord seem to be synchronized time-wise.

Apologies if this ends up not being exactly a bug, maybe it is or maybe it's just a case of needing to not make the West Europe option focused on UK only, thanks in advance!

Note: I've tried both the West Europe option and the UTC option and both were the same.
