Retrieve Sign up History

A history recall option that would pull a list of members that have used Apollo to sign up for a event in the past X days/months/etc. We run a weekly raid and there is 60+ with the ability to sign up and yet we're scraping for fills every week. I was going through the list and it'd be nice to be able to see which members used the bot to roster up in the last little while so I could remove role permissions for those with no engagements
