Auto-update date/time changes to synced Google Calendar events

Automatic synchronization of Apollo and Google Calendars, to account for changes in the event, particularly date/time.

There are many reasons why the initially posted date/time might change, such as:
- wrong date/time entry on event creation
- rescheduled events
- placeholder events that later get corrected to the actual date/time
